The Regulations We Follow

There are two regulations that we follow including for distance selling (Consumer Protection Regulations of 2000) and the EC Directive (Electronic Commerce Regulations of 2002).

Our obligations to you under the Consumer Protection Regulations for distance selling

You have the right to cancel any contract with us by contacting us in writing through email, fax or mail at any time with seven working days of the receipt of goods, which is considered the cooling off period. If you decide to cancel a contract with Total Prostate Health LLC after the goods have already been sent and have been received by you, you must return the goods to us at your own expense or pay us to collect them. If you choose to pay us to collect the goods, you need to take reasonable care of the goods to ensure we can re-sell the item at a later time. If the goods are not maintained or received by us in a condition which is deemed sellable, you may not receive a full refund.


If you want to cancel the contract, we will refund the cost of the product and normal shipping charges, but will not refund special delivery charges. We will make the refund of items returned within 30 days as well once they are received back in our warehouse.

Data Protection

The terms and conditions you are acknowledging and agreeing to are included in our Data Protection Act Policy (Do we need this? Same as the American Snoring policy). You may opt out of contacts with you by following the directions set forth in that policy.


Until the goods you are trying to purchase from Total Prostate Health LLC are shipped and we have sent an email with acknowledgement of your order, no contract exists. At any time, we reserve the right or rescind or decline any potential order and refund your payment instead of delivering the goods. Among the reasons why your payment may not be accepted are:

  • The inability of our payment processing system to validate your payment method
  • The desired order being out of stock
  • An error in the product description or pricing of a product

At any time before your order is shipped, you can cancel the order and receive a full refund to your payment method. When the contract is completed, we will retain information on the order, but it will not be available to you on the Internet.

The concluded contract will be offered in English and the laws of __country__ apply to all these contracts.

Other rights you have

The terms and conditions mentioned here do not affect your other Statutory Rights.
